We also hold carbon neutral certification and facilitate a carbon footprint offset scheme, making it easier for your clients to tread lightly.

Being committed to high quality service standards, Condor Travel became the first DMC in South America to have its Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 certified. To uphold our high standards of operation, we maintain a modern fleet of vehicles and implement customer satisfaction surveys to continuously improve the performance our providers. We also introduced a customer feedback and rating system known as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), which helps us monitor and benchmark our own performance.

Additionally, through our non-profit organization, Wings, we facilitate training opportunities for local communities so that they can better manage the potential benefits that tourism offers.
