All our processes and practices in Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Chile and in our franchises in Argentina and Bolivia undergo a rigorous yearly evaluation in business, environmental and socio-cultural management. This allows us to have the Sustainable Tourism Certification from “Preferred by Nature™”, recognized by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council and a testament to our dedication to conserve biodiversity, cultural heritage and improve local communities’ welfare.
Committed to sustainable tourism
Our NGO, Wings
Set up in 2007, the core mission of our NGO is turning tourism into a tool for development and empowerment of local communities. Wings collaborates with local and international charities.
Development of community-based tourism
Partnered with the IDB, in 2007 we started the Misminay community tourism project (Cusco), benefiting 30 local families who have seen a significant improvement in their quality of life.
Access to drinking water
Wings developed the Clear Drinking Water Project in collaboration with the local government and the international aid program “Just Drop”, helping distribute clean water in Misminay.
Corporate Volunteering
Both travelers and employees have the opportunity to contribute to society with their time and effort. Our team is regularly invited to participate in volunteering outings.
