Dear users, the Complaints Book is exclusively for the dissatisfaction or disagreement of the user regarding a service provided by CondorTravel. The fields that are presented are mandatory to be able to make your claim.

Complaint: Dissatisfaction regarding customer service.

Observations:

* The formulation of the Complaint does not preclude other means of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
* Condor Travel must respond to the complaint within a period not exceeding 15 (fifteen) non-extendable working days.
* We inform you that, for the purpose of properly processing your complaint or claim, your data will be collected in our customer database, corresponding to the company of our group that operated your flight or provided the service subject of the complaint or claim. Your personal data will be treated with confidentiality and under security measures, and will be stored for the time necessary to serve you.
