Accommodation in Mendoza – Hotel 4*
The city is located at the foot of The Andes Mountain Range, creating an incredible man-made oasis thanks to the rivers Mendoza and Tunuyán, which have been wisely irrigated to give life to the city.
During the tour, we suggest you start off by visiting the old city (Ciudad Antigua), place where the city was originally founded, la alameda, the barrio Civico and the city center. Afterwards you can visit the General San Martín Park and the Cerro de la Gloria, the world cup stadium and the Frank Romero Day amphitheater, where the national Vendimia festivity is held.
During the afternoon we suggest you start your journey towards Luján de Cuyo, where the night will be spent. Take the national route N.40 towards Luján de Cuyo and then take the provincial route N.60.
During the route, we suggest to make a stop at the Carrodilla church, where the patron saint of vineyards is located. Additionally, we suggest visiting one of the following wineries along the way: Zuccardi, Clos de Chacras, Lopez, Trivento, among others.
Accommodation in Mendoza (Hotel Club Tapiz)
For day 3 we suggest a day full of adrenalin at Valle de Potrerillos, where you will enjoy the fresh air and beautiful natural surroundings.
From Hotel Club Tapiz you’ll have to take route N.60, followed by route N.40 towards Luján de Cuyo and then route N.7 until arriving at Potrerillos. Once you arrive you’ll find this parador has everything you may need: a bar, restaurant, toilets, changing rooms with showers, lockers, towel rental and photographer service for any activity you choose to do.
Here you may choose between 2 of the following activities: Rafting, Canopy, Trekking or Mountain biking. One of the activities will be carried out in the morning and, at noon, you’ll have time for lunch at this parador (not included in the price). In the evening you’ll enjoy the second activity chosen for the day.

Rafting
For adventure lovers, the best way to connect with the Andes’ meltwaters is through whitewater rafting. The constants
rapids provide plenty of action and excitement during the whole experience. This activity is accompanied by our internationally experienced guides and on kayaks with all the security needed. All participants are equipped with life vests (PFD), neoprene suits, waterproof jackets, neoprene boots and helmets.
Trekking with Rappel
If you are seeking to connect with the mountain and learning from what it has to offer, the best option is a trekking adventure or a walk in the Andean foothills. This trekking activity can be complemented with an exciting rappel descent just a few meters away form a beautiful waterfall. Our guides will be in charge of showing you the best paths to take, where you can enjoy the local flora and amazing views.
Canopy
Flying through the air with the help of a steel cable, a harness, and a pulley. It’s an experience of pure adrenaline and the newest and most exciting extreme sport in Potrerillos. During the experience, you can feel and hear the speed while you slide down a 5,000 feet cable in six different segments, some of them 130 feet high over the valley and crossing Mendoza River.
Mountain bike at the Valley
Exploring the area in mountain bikes is the perfect option to enjoy the deserted trails of the Andes. The guided excursions are adapted to each participant’s level – beginners and experts may enjoy the fun circuits of the valley surrounded by incomparable nature.
Accommodation in Mendoza (Hotel Club Tapiz)
After breakfast, we suggest heading towards Valle de Uco, where you will be spending the night. During the route we suggest visiting one of the following wineries: Lagarde, Norton, Dominio Del Plata, Belasco de Baqueano or Andeluna.
From Club Tapiz you will take route N.60 and then route N.40 with direction Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco. Upon arriving in Zapata, you’ll have to take provincial route N. 88 towards Tupungato and then provincial route N. 89 towards Tunuyán until you reach Posada Salentein.
Accommodation in Mendoza (Posada Salentein)
Breakfast at hotel.
On this last day of the tour, you will go to the city of San Rafael. From Posada Salentein you should take route No. 89 and then No. 90 towards Tunuyán, followed by national route No. 40 towards San Carlos. Once you get to the town of Pareditas, you must take the National Route No. 143 to San Rafael.
San Rafael is located in the south of the province of Mendoza, nestled near the Atuel and Diamante rivers, in the midst of a landscape of mountains, valleys, sun and water, ideal for living unforgettable experiences. This city offers a true tourist option thanks to the conjunction of its imposing areas such as the Valle Grande, the Atuel Canyon or El Nihuil, as well as dams and lakes such as Los Reyunos, El Tigre, Agua de Toro or the Old Villa 25 de Mayo . These places offer various alternatives to enjoy nature with tranquility and safety for the whole family.
You will have the day free to get to know the city.
You’ll return the car at San Rafael Airport.
