Puno and Lake Titicaca

3 Days / 2 Nights

OVERVIEW

Overview

Rich in archaeological remains, both pre-Inca, Inca and colonial; PUNO is also considered the folkloric capital of Peru for the variety and beauty of its dances that represent the mix of the Quechua, Aymara and Hispanic peoples, and that can be appreciated in its maximum splendor during the celebrations of the Virgen de la Candelaria. At present, the population of Puno lives in the midst of traditions and customs, which they have known how to preserve over the centuries, allowing us to share the legacy of their ancestors who still live among them. Whether it's touring Lake Titicaca or celebrating with typical dances in one of its festivities, Puno is a must-see destination on the trip through Peru.
