Itinerary

Day 1

You will arrive at Rio de Janeiro and be transported to your hotel.
Day 2
Rio de Janeiro: half day tour to Pan de Azucar Hill
You will visit one of the most important landmarks in the city, Pan de Azucar Hill, which makes for a classic post card photo and a must see attraction. The tour begins at the beaches of Flamengo and Botafogo, pausing at the Praia Vermelha cable car station, the point at which you begin the ascent to the top of Pan de Azucar. There are two sections on the cable car ride, first from Praia Vermelha Station to the Urca Station, and then from Urca Station to the hilltop (396 m). Once there, you are blessed with an unbelievable vista of the city and beaches, as well as the meeting of the Guanabara Bay with the Atlantic Ocean that is simply a marvel.

Day 3
Rio de Janeiro: half day tour to Corcovado Hill
Today's excursion to the other famous hill, Corcovado, begins at the district of Cosme Velho, at a train station, where you will board another cable car that takes you to the top of Corcovado Hill and the Cristo Redentor (Christ the Redeemer). It is a gigantic 40 meter, 1100 ton statue, famous around the world. The hilltop possesses the best view of the city, including the Atlantic Ocean, lovely beaches, the downtown area, and Guanabara Bay. In the afternoon, you will return to your hotel following the coastline, specifically the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema.

Day 4
Rio de Janeiro
Nothing is planned for this day so you can journey through the city on your own.
At night, you are going to have the unique experience of eating dinner at a traditional Brazilian steak house, where you will be offered a huge variety of meats and mega salad bar with all the fixings. After a satisfying dinner, it's off to the city's most famous theater for an unforgettable taste of Brazilian folklore: a samba show. The entire affair is wrapped in the magical world of the Brazilian Carnival that is intertwined with colors and the sounds of exotic percussion instruments.

Return


You will leave for the airport at the scheduled time for your international return flight.
