Day 2: Half day Colonial City tour and Chocolate
Experience (Shared service)
This tour stars
at the Colonial side of Quito, the city has one of the best preserved colonial
centers in all South America and its integrity was assured in 1978 when the
United Nations declared Quito a World Cultural Heritage site. We will walk
through the Main square, where you will see the Government Palace, La Compañia
and some of the most important churches built around the XVI and XVII
centuries. Then we will learn about the traditional jobs on the Colonial Quito
on La Ronda street.
The tour ends
with the visto of Panecillo Hill, here we can admire the famous Panecillo’s
virgin and enjoy the beautiful view of the city.
Ecuador’s chocolate is renowned as
being one of the best in the world, the uniqueness of the equatorial climate
provides the perfect environment for growing the world’s finest cacao - Cacao
Arriba.
Today we’re going to visit the
Republica del Cacao, to learn more about the Chocolate, their chocolate is
produced locally using only Latin American ingredients. They combine these
amazing raw products with the most advanced knowledge and techniques, brought
by the finest French chocolatiers.

Day 3: Quito - Galapagos Islands
At the scheduled
time, you will be transferred to the airport to take your flight to Galapagos.

A wonderful
journey awaits you today on Baltra Island this tiny island used to be a
military base during the second world war and host of the Islands principal
airport. The airport was built in the most sustainable way using the most
advanced environmental techniques to reduce emissions and energy use, some of
which you’ll notice as you transit through the facility. It was the first
ecological airport in the world.
Then we will visit the giant tortoise reserve, afterward drive to our exclusive giant tortoise reserve and where our tented camp is located. Perched high on a hillside overlooking the ocean, Magic Galapagos Tented Camp will be our home for the next two nights. The sounds of nature will be our lullaby in the evenings, and the Milky Way will be our night light. We’ll be able to feast our eyes on the mountains and forest surrounding the lodge and enjoy the peace of having the entire hillside to ourselves, with the exception of seasonal resident giant tortoises.
Watching the colorful sunset from Magic’s western perch is the perfect segue into evening. Dinners are sumptuous three course affairs, prepared by expert chefs in an open-air kitchen in the main lodge. A favorite post-dinner activity is a short walk to the natural lava tubes on the reserve for a night cap in the one-of-a-kind ‘Lava Lounge!’ It’s the perfect spot to relax around the fire and share stories from the day’s adventures.

Day 4: Daily Tour on board a Motor Yacht
Today this excursion
will take you to a memorable experience through the Galapagos Islands on board
a Yacht, starting with a welcoming crew members and knowledgeable naturalist
guide.
The itinerary of the boats changes depending of the days: Mondays and Thursdays visit to North Seymour and Bachas. Tuesdays and Fridays visit to South Plazas. Wednesday visit to Santa Fe Island. Saturdays visit to Bartolome and Sullivan Bay. Sundays visit to Bartolome.

Later drive to Puerto Ayora to spend the night.

Day 5: Galapagos
We will explore the Puerto Ayora’s bay and have a quick navigation time to La Loberia Island to observe a sea lion colony thaht inhabits there. Also, you can have the opportunity to play with this ever-friendly and inquisitive sea lions, also is a good place to place to snorkel with sea turtles and a great variety of colorful fish.
Our next stop will be a hike to the Tunel del Amor (lover’s tunel) with a great viewpoint from where if lucky you can watch resting white-tip sharks. On the way back we will visit Punta Estrada’s dock, where we’ll go on a walk to watch marine iguanas.

Day 6: Friday: Galapagos - Guayaquil
At the scheduled time, you will be transferred to the airport to take your flight to Guayaquil.

Day 7: Guayaquil - Lima
At
the scheduled time, you will be transferred to take your international connection.

Day 8: Leisure morning and Colonial and Modern Lima

In the afternoon we will visit the modern and colonial part of Lima,
well-known as "The City of Kings". We will start our tour through the
districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. On the way, we will pass through a
pre-Inca huaca. Then, we will stop at the "Parque del Amor", which is
located on the boardwalk of Miraflores, where we will enjoy a beautiful view of
the ocean coast.
Then, we will visit the
colonial part of Lima, the Historical Center, which includes: the Government
Palace, the Plaza Mayor, the Archbishop’s Palace, the City Hall and the
Cathedral. Additionally, we will visit the Santo Toribio Convent, one of the
most important convents of the colonial architecture.

Day 9: Lima - Cuzco - Sacred Valley
At scheduled time,
transfer from the hotel to the airport to take you flight to Cuzco.
In Cuzco, you will meet with our
representatives and then transferred to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Once at the Sacred Valley you will have the rest of
the day at leisure to acclimated, the valley has a lower altitude compare with
Cusco so it’s perfect for a first day.

Day 10: Authentic Sacred Valley
Today, we will visit a
picturesque Andean town called, Chinchero, where we will have the opportunity
to enter to a textile craftsman’s house. There, we will appreciate his original
works as well as learn about the techniques and the creative process when he do
his craft work. Then, we will visit the church and the archaeological center of
the town, built at the end of the 15th century. In our way to Ollantaytambo, we
will stop for a minute in a viewpoint, from where we will have one of the best
views of the Sacred Valley and we will be able to take beautiful pictures.
Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Finally, we will arrive at Ollantaytambo,
one of the most representative architectural complexes of the Inca Empire,
which served as a temple, military and agricultural center.
At the end of the tour, you will be transfer to the train Station a Ollantaytambo.

in the Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu)
Day 11: Machu Picchu
You are going
to visit one of the most important energy centers of the world: Machu Picchu.
You will be driven to the archeological site, the visit of which will be an
unforgettable experience, with a professional tour guide to impart to you all
the history that surrounds this mysterious and enchanting place. Once the
guided tour is over, you will have some free time to explore the site on your
own, to relax, or to meditate.
At the agreed
upon hour, you will descend to Aguas Calientes for lunch and board the train
later that afternoon for the return trip. Once you have arrived at the
Ollantaytambo Station, you will be driven to your hotel.

Day 12: Day at leisure in Cuzco
Discover the magic of Cuzco, the
capital of the Inca Empire. Don’t miss to visit the Cathedral, the Convent of
Santo Domingo, Temple of the Sun (Koricancha), San Blas artisan’s neighborhood
and the nearby archeological sites as Sacsayhuaman.

Day 13: Cuzco, Lima
