Dear users, the Complaints Book is exclusively for the dissatisfaction or disagreement of the user regarding a service provided by CondorTravel. The fields that are presented are mandatory to be able to make your claim.

    In the case of minors, indicate the Name, Address, Telephone and email of one of the parents or representatives of the consumer or attorney-in-fact.

    Claim: Disagreement related to products or services.

    Complaint: Dissatisfaction regarding customer service.

    *I declare to be the owner of the service and accept the content of this form, stating under a sworn statement the truth of the facts described.
    *The formulation of the Claim does not prevent recourse to other dispute resolution channels nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI
    *The provider must respond to the claim within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend the term up to thirty (30) days more, after communicating to the consumer.
    *We inform you that, in order to properly process your complaint or claim, your data will be collected in our customer database, corresponding to the company of our group that operated your flight or provided the service subject of complaint or claim. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and under security measures, and will be stored for the time necessary to assist you.
